Starting Saturday

What this is, and what happens from here

The site is open.

I have been building it quietly for a couple of weeks, and rather than wait for a moment when everything looks polished and my account looks impressive, I am opening it now. There is a reason for that, and it is sitting on the front page.

What's here already

Start Here is the whole story. Where I began in 2004, the account that went backwards, the crypto run that I mistook for skill, the six figures I watched become four, the prop firms, the years of gambling with a better vocabulary, and the point in early 2026 where it finally clicked. It is not a flattering read in places. That is rather the point.

The Throttle is the system I use to decide how much exposure I am allowed to take, and how that changes with the market and with my own drawdown. If you only read one thing here, read this one. It is the piece of the puzzle that took me longest to build and it is the one that has saved me the most money.

Zero for Nineteen is where I am right now. Nineteen closed trades this month, not a single winner, and the account down 6.31%. I am starting a public trading journal in the middle of my worst streak of the year, because a journal that only opens on good months is not a journal.

Results is every month since May 2025, adjusted for deposits, good ones and bad ones. It gets updated whether I want to or not.

What happens Saturday

Every Saturday morning I write a review before the day starts. It is the routine my whole week hangs off: a devotional, a look at where the market stands, an honest account of what I did in my own account and what it cost me, the mistakes I am taking lessons from, and the trades worth celebrating.

Until now that has been private. From this Saturday, the 19th, it goes out as a letter.

That is the rhythm. One email, Saturday mornings, for as long as I am doing this.

If you want it, the subscribe box is below. It is free and one email a week is the whole of it.

I am glad you are here.
